After your order has completed processing and arrives in your country:

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

  • Public holidays or unforeseen logistics disruptions

These situations do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.


Incorrect Address Responsibility

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds.

No Chargebacks for Delivery Timeframes
